1. Cancellation Policy

• All subscription plans (such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions) will become effective immediately upon payment and are considered final purchases, non-cancellable.

• If a technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment) results in an incorrect subscription, you may contact our customer service within 24 hours of the payment to request cancellation. Each case will be reviewed individually.

2. Refund Policy

As our services provide digital content subscriptions, once the subscription is activated, logged in, or paid content has been accessed, it will be deemed as used, and refunds will not be accepted.

Exceptions may be considered for partial or full refunds in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges due to system error;

• Content cannot be accessed normally after subscription, or there are significant issues affecting the reading experience;

• Unauthorized charges to your account with valid supporting evidence.

3. Refund Application Process

If you meet the refund criteria, please submit your request within 7 days of the transaction by emailing [[email protected]], and include the following information:

• Your registered account email or username

• Transaction ID and payment screenshot

• Reason for refund request

• Any additional supporting materials (e.g., error screenshots)

We will review and respond to your application within 5–7 business days.

4. Auto-Renewal Policy

• If you have subscribed to an auto-renewal plan, please make sure to cancel it at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

• Once the renewal charge is successfully processed, no refund will be provided for that billing cycle.

5. Additional Notes

• Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

• This policy applies to all comic subscription transactions made through the Comictoon platform.

• Comictoon reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice and holds the final interpretation rights.
